For security reasons, no cash will be accepted.
American Heart Association courses: course records are processed immediately upon successful completion of courses. Digital certifications are processed Monday-Friday and are usually available shortly after the course. Physical cards will be mailed to students. What this means is that most people will have a digital scan of their certification within a few hours of course completion.
American Red Cross courses: course records are processed immediately upon successful completion of courses. The ARC only offers digital certifications, which are processed shortly after completion of the course. What this means is that most people will receive their certifications within a few hours of course completion.
Rescheduling or Cancellation
Registering for a course prevents others from registering for your spot. If you decide that you need to reschedule or cancel your registration, we require notice of at least 72 hours so that we can attempt to fill your spot. You are eligible for a full refund (minus any fees charged by PayPal) in the event that you reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the start of the course. You must reschedule or cancel using the link provided in your confirmation email. If you need assistance or need a refund, please contact us. A refund will not be automatically issued; please contact us.
We are not able to issue a refund if you do not provide us with sufficient notice. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Although it is not a common occurrence and we work very hard to educate students well, it’s possible that some students will fail the course. Unfortunately, this does not change our refund policy and no refunds will be issued in these cases.
Blended/eLearning (part online/part in-person) Courses
You must complete the online portion prior to the first day of class if you’re taking a blended course. The certificate of completion from the online course must be presented to the instructor.
Due to the nature of the skills in these courses, you may be participating in strenuous activities, such as performing CPR on the floor and/or removing someone from the water. If you have a medical condition or disability or if you have any questions about your ability to participate fully in this course, discuss them with your physician or healthcare provider and with an instructor before you start this course.
